Date/Time: in the Date Time section, you can adjust the time stamp on your videos. Choose PC Date Time to program the device using the time and date saved to your computer. Click the Custom Date Time option button to manually program the timestamp using the dropdown boxes. DVR Date Time SnapShot displays the timestamp programmed into your Camscura Pro when it was connected to your PC. To load any time changes, click on Sync Date Time to DVR. You should see a notification that reads “Date Time Updated” when complete.
The BHS Cam Setup Tool is installed, but when I connect the camera, it doesn't appear connected in the application interface. I've restarted both my computer and camera, but it doesn't work. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, remove the software from your Mac computer and download and install the updated version. After the installation process is complete, connect the camera, launch the software and check if DVR Connected message appears. If not, reboot your computer and plug the camera back in. Check the page 10 from the official user guide for further information.
